From our home in Trørød, North Zealand, our handcrafted mobile sauna heats up and drives out.
We are a small, family-owned sauna business with a passion for creating meaningful sauna experiences. Rooted in simplicity, nature, and connection, we offer mobile sauna sessions that bring the warmth and magic of saunagus to events, retreats, and private gatherings.
In addition to traveling with our sauna, we also host intimate gus ceremonies in our humble garden and around our local community. These gatherings are designed to be personal, grounding, and deeply relaxing — combining essential oils, music, breathwork, and mindful guidance.

Saunagus Experience
Saunagus is a guided sauna ritual inspired by the traditional German Aufguss practice, where heat, essential oils, music, and mindful presence come together to create a deeply immersive and therapeutic experience.
During the session, aromatic water infused with essential oils is poured over the hot sauna stones, releasing fragrant steam into the room. Using a fan, the gusmester (sauna master) gently distributes the heat and scent throughout the space, enhancing the sensory experience and deepening relaxation.
Each saunagus session is unique and may include multiple rounds, each with its own mood, temperature, and choice of oils. The experience is supported by carefully selected music and verbal guidance, helping participants connect with their breath, body, and inner calm.
Some rounds may be energizing and intense, while others are slow and meditative — always tailored to the group and the moment.
Between rounds, participants step out of the sauna to cool down and recharge. These breaks include:
– Cold water shower to refresh and stimulate circulation
– Light snacks and hydration to support recovery
– Quiet relaxation in a calm space to integrate the effects of heat and aroma

Locally Sourced Douglas Fir from Copenhagen Sawmill
Our Douglas fir is processed at Copenhagen Sawmill, ensuring minimal transport and a low carbon footprint. With its natural durability, warm reddish tone, and high structural quality, it’s a beautiful and sustainable choice for conscious building. Supporting local craftsmanship, this wood combines aesthetics, strength, and environmental responsibility.
Grass Insulation
Grass insolation is an innovative, bio-based insulation made from natural grass fibers. Using grass that would otherwise go to waste, it offers a negative carbon footprint – each kilogram stores up to 1.5 kg of CO₂. The material is non-toxic, recyclable, and provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. It regulates moisture, resists mold, and is safe to handle, making it a smart, sustainable choice for both new builds and renovations.
Expanded Cork Insulation
